The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 11.00 percent. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $210/£105/€168 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $132/£132/€105. For bookings of 14 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $500/£250/€397 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
